Although I’ve been a member for years, I’m really inexperienced at lease calculations. I tried duplicating this deal, and couldn’t get the numbers to match the dealers monthly payment. Hoping to get some good feedback from Leasehackr Group.
Also, I’m not sure if my age (81) has any impact on a leasing vs buying decision.

The Financed Aftermarkets is a red flag. They are making $1290 off you for free.

The 2nd red flag is trying to trade in your car, is it really worth $16k?

You didn’t put the MSRP so it’s hard to tell
see if you can find a dealer who will do a MSRP no addons.

Your equity is almost worth $400/month so you’re effectively at almost $600/month for a CX5.

That’s nuts.

Talk to brokers here about leasing a Murano or Rogue instead. Or finance a Soul or Seltos.

I’m guessing ingress/egress is the issue with the Mazda6?

Signed the deal below. I’m sure the salesperson will work with you to get a better deal. An effective payment of $600 a month for a CX5 is high. Message me if interested.
