Whatever one thinks about the explorer itself, the choice of vehicles is what makes the lease suck.

Are you just talking with one dealer or have you taken the advice here and contacted a wide swath? The 0 for 36 months would come from Ford just like the incentives. You just need to figure out if you can get a dealer to discount one. As far as lease vs finance, everyone has weighed in - you just need to figure out what you are comfortable with.

3500 is available from Ford. Dealer is kicking in 1500
This still isnt an incentive.

Financed it 0% for 36 months. Payment is $1477.
