Hey everyone! Offering up my mom’s iX for transfer today. She’s driven it for about a year, but with another family member leaving the house, they don’t need 3 cars anymore.

The way the iX’s were packaged was a bit different in 2023, so please be sure to read all the material provided to see what this car comes with options wise. It’s a bit more well equipped than the sticker lets on! Paid options include the Sport Package, Multi-Functional Seats, ICON LED Headlights, and Front Ventilated Seats. The car does come with All Weather Mats.

Your payment will be $499/mo + your applicable local taxes, I am asking $3,500 due to me, you pay the transfer fee. I am accounting for the fact that this car will need tires sometime soon in this ask, if it didn’t, I’d probably ask 5k and it would still be a value. I’ll give it about 2 weeks here before I throw it on Swapalease for more money.

No, I am not intersted in your zero due offer.

Car is in excellent physical condition, the only damage worth of note anywhere is on this plastic rear diffuser piece on the back of the car, I got a quote to replace it for $300, but I got it like that and was told it wouldn’t be chargeable on lease return (not making any promises, that’s just what they told me), so I decided to leave it alone because it doesn’t really matter all that much. That’s it, no curb rash, no dents, no dings, no scratches, nothing like that which I am aware of. Interior is also very clean.

So, she’s finally kicking you out of the house and letting you keep DAS as severance?:rofl::rofl:

Nice deal, borderline giveaway by today’s standards. Tires don’t need to be brand new, diffuser scrape can be “fixed” with a black sharpie (seriously, try it).

Looks like it was one of those chip shortage builds where only the driver got a massaging seat? Shows who’s the boss, lol.

Monster deal on one of the best driving EV SUVs ever made imo

Good luck replicating this deal.
That would have gotten a damn nice lease hacker score even if you put 5k down (assuming new tires are 1500 ish and they are from BMW as I replaced all 4 of my 21’s earlier this year on my ix)

There’s no borderline about it.

iX’s are no longer being given away by BMW, especially with fast dwindling pre-facelift supply.

Please tell us you’re putting mom in a Cayenne?

Bentayga also an acceptable answer.

By uploading them 5 at a time instead of all at once lol

Hah, yeah, although BMW really tried to keep the EV’s together at the time because those were supposed to be the crown jewel example of all the best tech.

What is the residual value?

Should be around $44,800, can’t get an exact number now, the BMWFS site won’t let me get the payoff document which contains it, if this is is of critical importance to your decision and you would like to take over the lease, let me know and I’ll call them.

RV os whatever was agreed upon in the contract though vs the payoff quote to buy it right now. Different things. I’m mildly interested, but don’t worry about me.

I know what a residual value is, the payoff quote shows you the contractual residual value, which is why I was trying to get a copy of it.

If mildly interested becomes seriously interested, feel free to let me know and I will call FS and get the residual, she can’t find her paper copy of the contract.

Question: If you wife doesn’t like white, how would getting money off the due at signing amount help resolve that?

Reminds of the Craigslist buyers saying they could get same used car cheaper elsewhere, like why are you contacting me and trying to haggle then instead of buying that cheaper car.

People usually like or love white colored cars though, would bet it’s #1 color across most brands.

Cant believe this car is still available… you know its a good deal if the previous owner is a bmw broker

Hoping the update comes through quickly for these. I’m guessing BMWFS halted transfers after the recall notice.

Just a software update, nothing major.

Agreed. Any idea when it will get pushed OTA?
