As for leases go not a good deal in this segment. But for this specific car seems okay.

There is no lease support for 2021s anymore, so the RVs are low. But a 21 can lease well since the prices are generally lower. $64k was a good build on a 2021. That is now $70k on a 2022. It really just depends on the programs and deal. But you have a great deal here. I would go for it.

Yes - i believe you can actually go up to 18k if im not mistaken.
