They give you an idea what lease or purchase offers the automaker/financing arm is offering now. They give you an end date (but it’s unknown what they will offer next). The lease offers also give you the residual value on a given vehicle and trim level.

There are much better sources of that information available than trying to decode a generic advertisement with useless numbers included.
