I also offered more $ and we agreed to the transfer. I initiated the transfer with BMW and they said the car was ineligible for lease transfer. I messaged the seller multiple times and never heard back.

Something was fishy with this since the beginning so that makes a lot more sense. I figured nothing ever transpired. I messaged first and didn’t get a response after initial text as well.
