Can someone please reassure me that the deal below is a decent or good deal before I sign?

$520/mo including tax (9.5% tax)
Below is the link that shows the breakdown of the deal.
Your title says you’re asking about a XC40 but your post is for a XC60.
Sorry about that! Fixed it! I fixed a small error in the calculator as well.
Have you verified rv/mf/incentives with Edmunds? Monthly seems high given the incentives/discount, so I’m guessing marked up mf.
I was recently shopping for an XC60, on paper, Culver City Volvo had given me the best quote on a 2021 t5 AWD with an MSRP of $54,XXX. Their numbers were much better than the one’s you’ve gotten so far.
I am still waiting for a response from Edmunds to confirm the RV/MF.
The T5 AWD does have a better RV, but at $54,xxx MSRP it doesn’t have all the extra options that is a must for my mom.
The MF was inflated. They were giving me the T5 AWD MF. Good catch!

What was the sale price before incentives from Culver City Volvo? What percent discount were they doing off MSRP?
You’re right. I swear I know how to do math LOL.

Just wanted to make sure they weren’t pulling a fast one or rolling one of the incentives into the discount.
