2021 BMW x4 M40i lease IL

, ,

I got a quote for $851 for a 2021 BMW x4 M40i , MSRP of 68,145.00 (0.00093/56% are the base MF and RV, 36/10k):

Below is the calculator, seems like they have marked up the MF:

Is this a good deal for this car, in today’s market?

I was going to ask the dealer to bring the price down to $810, which is my max budget.

Opinions?

Thanks

Edit, I am offering price to be based on base MF:

Any opinions on the deal?

Looks decent, full markup on money factor, decent discount. can you do MSD’s?

Unfortunately no, no MSD :frowning:

I want to know how much more meat is left on the bone.

I will tell them my final price of $815, which aligns closely with a base MF.

I didn’t look at every detail between the deal sheet and the calculator link. I stopped when I noticed that the $1,500 incentive on the quote isn’t in the calculator.

I got there after asking myself, “No incentives?”

Double check your inputs.

Also, is “Fees & Insurance” the doc fee, or the doc fee and something else?

Regardless, $900 for an X4 sorta breaks my heart to look at, strictly from a value point of view. But that’s a personal observation.

Thanks, I added the incentives to the total final selling price.

Fees and insurance on the quote correspond to doc fee+dmv fees.

That was the best quote I got so far in the IL market, no one else so far has come even close to beating it… And I have tried 4-5 dealers so far.

Are you just asking for prices, or are you making offers?

Ive made offers as well, thats the best quote I got so far.

Edit: Should also mention, I have my X7 lease end middle next month of August, so I have time, but not sure if things will get more worse…

At these levels you may as well wait for the MY22 refresh and do a custom build. I believe they would allow for your current lease to be extended as long as you have a car on order. Then again not sure about what kind of discounts can be expected on brand new x4s

Good Luck.

Correct, they will allow the lease to be extended upto 6 months, if there is a car order in place.

Its one of those catch 22 things… wait and be doomed possibly, or try harder with the “no meat left on bone” deal that I currently have.

If you post a calculator link with what you’ve been offering, you’ll probably get some feedback on whether it’s reasonable.

Check the Marketplace for guidance dealer discount.

Got it, I will post the link (pretty much base MF, they have marked up the MF)
