I need some opinions. Feel like that’s not the greatest deal. What you’s think?
That is close to 800/month effectively. You need to ask the dealer for the sales price, money factor, and what rebates you are qualified for. In a better scenario, you would know all the above and propose a deal to the dealer rather then them offering you this “deal”.

Unless you’re desperate, sit back, relax and wait for dealer desperation to kick-in 60-90 days from now. All that darn liquidity needed to run its course.
