Can you share the breakdown? It looks like it would be close to the following:

Selling $60,478 (16.76% discount pre-incentive)

Rebates/Credits of $7500 Federal Tax, $4,000 customer credit (Premium or $5,250 for P+, $6,500 Prestige)
Due at signing of $3900
(Acq: $895, License fees: ~$650, Doc Fee: $85, First month payment, and taxes of $1,027).

This allows me to arrive at a payment of $349 including tax, or $376 including tax of 7.75%

$72.6k is not a Prestige mode- it’s Premium with Convenience Plus so the incentives will be less, but you also won’t get hit with the 4% RV reduction.

Your LH calculator is off- there is NO tax credit $7500 on a lease- AFS provides Audi Lease cash that reduces the cap (and you have to pay taxes on it). It’s $16750 in incentives.

I cant speak for CA, but in our region, the Sportback is more expensive due to less credits, despite the higher RV and lower MF.
