Hey guys I tried to be thorough. Let me know if I missed anything.
508 monthly payment, 4k down (includes first month payment, cap cost reduction of 784, estimated registration and fees 742, sales tax 1966)
2021 Audi A4 premium 40 TFSI Quattro,
addons: Navarra blue metallic, convenience package, audi beam rings, all weather mats and destination charge included in MSRP
This is horrible even in the current market. Try to reference the deals posted in the marketplace or use a broker. If you want to keep working with your dealer, try to shoot for a higher discount at least and make sure money factor is not marked up.
Thank you so much guys. I did not sign and feel confident enough to counter this offer. What elements of the deal should I focus on decreasing?
I put the car into true car and they suggested a savings of 5,488 to get an msrp of 37,052.
Do you think I could get a discount like this?
Are the fees reasonable? I didn’t see fuel surcharge and vin etching on the sticker price, but if it’s already completed will they say I can’t negotiate this fee?
Want to make a reasonable offer, but otherwise I’m walking. I know the market is horrible but I definitely won’t be taken for a fool!
As others have already stated, it’s a horrible deal even in this market. Additionally have you test drove 40 TFSI? Personally 45 TFSI is the engine that I’d consider.
Thanks, that input is helpful! I did test drive the 40L but I didn’t try the 45 to compare. New to this process and I’m grateful I came here before signing a bad deal. Looked into the resources you guys provided and will probably use a broker. Thanks for everything. You just saved me thousands.
