Sharing a recent deal that I just signed on a 2021 Audi A4 Premium. I was coming off of a 2018 Acura TLX lease which had -$740 equity, but I was able to offset about half of the taxes due since in MD you are taxed on the full price of the vehicle on a lease so still worth doing it this way vs turning it back into Acura and paying the disposition fee and then paying the full tax on the Audi.

On the calculator, I put 0% for taxes and added my negative trade equity and taxes paid to Gov’t fees, along with the other $255 in tags and title. I’m coming up with $502, but the agreed monthly payment is $499.
