Unfortunately have had nothing but games played trying to transfer this. Spent an hour of my time time going back and forth with US Bank to get the right documents signed and sent in only for the buyer to decide on the day of signing he didn’t want it anymore.
He no showed at the bank at his appointment time and refused their calls and ignored my texts as to what was going on.
Frustrated at this point and will be listing it with Swapalease on Monday if it doesn’t go here by then.
