Can some expert please let me know if the below lease is an option any dealer is willing to offer.
Thanks All!
Can some expert please let me know if the below lease is an option any dealer is willing to offer.
Thanks All!

We don’t even know what car you’re talking about. We also don’t have crystal balls about what offers dealers are willing to accept.
Sorry My bad. I am looking at the 2020 Range Rover Velar base model which starts at 56300. I live in Maryland but did not find a lot of brokers or dealers on here from Maryland area
Nobody can answer that question except the dealers. We have no idea who will offer what.
Search the Shared Deals section for what kind of numbers have been closing lately. The discount seems achievable but MFs are typically marked up on RR deals.
Thanks man! Is there a shared deals page? I am pretty new here so still trying to get a hang of it. I appreciate the response.
Press the burger to the left of your icon on the upper right hand corner. It’ll show you the categories, the yellow block is Shared Deals.
Got it. Thanks
Are those mf/rv/incentive numbers from edmunds for the velar or did you just leave the calculator default numbers?
i just left the default numbers there. Not sure even if those are realistic. I came up with those numbers based of multiple threads ive seen here
You need to get the actual numbers if you want the calculator to be useful at all. Edmunds can provide them.
The numbers change monthly and I believe Edmunds get the new ones in by the 2nd or 3rd of the month. Ask for the MF and RV there and make sure you put down the specific trim and your zip. You’ll need that info before you can move forward anyway. Don’t go by defaults or you’ll be shopping blind.
Thank you i appreciate the response. Will check again
$5000-$6000 off with minimal markup on rate / no product is about as good as it gets for a non loaner Velar.
My
is broken, you’ll have to do the leg work on this one.
Hi
I got the below quote from a dealership near me in Maryland. Need some input if this is a good one as its my first time looking into a lease option. I appreciate the response.

Based on the advice you’ve already been given and the research you’ve done, how does this compare to the target deal you put together based off of rv/mf/incentives from edmunds and pre-incentive dealer discount on comparable velar loaner deals you came across while researching?
When i compare it with what i saw on edmunds it runs over by 3k-4k approx considering all the total lease price. But when i checked with a couple dealers all gave me about the same numbers so probably thinking i might go with a broker and see how the negotiation goes.
This sentence leads me to believe that you’re not following when we’re talking about getting info from edmunds.
What does your calculator give you for this specific vehicle based on edmunds provided rv/mf/incentives and what dealer discount % are you basing your numbers off of?
The edmunds calculator gives the below info
Selling price: 56198
No Incentives
Residual value: 62%
MF: 0.00183
Total amount for the lease is 27360
Your numbers aren’t adding up in the calculator.
Can you post a dealer worksheet?
You say Edmunds calculator - Did you ask them for your vehicle trim in your zip?
