Something useful I learned about the Honda infotainment system I wanted to share. Looks like there is a fairly well known issue where the system stops working including no volume or backup camera. If you plug in a keyboard into the apple carplay USB and ctrl alt del, it will reset the system and will return to normal. Saved me a trip to the dealership, so hopefully this will help someone else.
