Is this considered a good deal?

Not such a great deal.

You should be able to get 12-13% off before incentives on a Lexus in Socal.

Although you are getting a 2020, I got a friend the 2019 Lexus NX300h (which leases poorly vs the gas model) for $440/mo incl tax with about $1500 driveoffs on a 36/15 lease back in April. MSRP was around $45k

Which dealer? Stay away from Glendale. I think Beverly Hills was the best to work with.

I got this “deal” from Glendale. They initially offered me $548 which is absurd and I can basically get a RX for that price. Thanks for replying, I will be contacting BH tomorrow.

I recommend contacting Newport Lexus or Lexus of Westminster in OC for better deals.

For sure I will give them a call too! Thanks for the info

I got a deal from Jim Falk for $439 a month with tax. Zero drive off. Is this a good deal? I’m trying to get somewhere in the $420 range. Are there any cars around this range?

I leased a 2019 300h around November, it was 46k, ended up 410 with tax included , only MSD due at sign. If you are not in hurry, might about to wait til November/December, Lexus got pretty aggressive towards end of year during their December to Remember event.

I have to return my current lease by end of December so I guess I will wait till then.

For a 2020 or a 2019? Are there any 2019s left?

It was for a 2020. 2019s are basically sold out now.

Autotrader shows 2 new 2019s at Jim Falk, although one of them looks to be very highly optioned.

Does Lexus lease their loaners? There were quite a few listings for 2019 used or CPO ones under 10K miles.

I heard that you can lease their demo’s but I’m not sure if the residual is great.
