The person taking over the lease can use the one day M school voucher

Source: I literally just did this as did a few friends with CS cars who also transferred into their leases. None of our previous owners used their one day M school vouchers & all cars came specified with the M Driverā€™s Package

Does NJ tax get carved out of the lease payment if transferred out of state or is it just embedded in the 24 month lease amortization and canā€™t be removed? Thanks.
