Get a breakdown of the cost from the dealer. I believe there’s a $3k lease cash incentive being applied to the discount so if that’s the case you’re only getting about 3% off MSRP.
Check Edmunds for MF and RV in your zip for that trim and check incentives for lease cash and first month payment.

Is the 2k down payment? What’s your DAS?
