You can’t get 40% discount and than get 0% finance.
I will tell you what price it can be sold with the 0% finance rate.
Try jaguar of Newport Beach. They have a slightly more expense one at 25.5k off.
Those are 2019s with no lease support

Lease Miles per year can be lower than 10K as well if you drive less. Adjust the numbers in the calculator posted in the 1st post.
This deal requires signing the lease in person in NY metro area so if you are out of state you need to come over to sign it. Shipping is not an option.
