New to this forum, looking for feedback on this lease deal that I am getting in Seattle.

MSRP: $30280
Discount: 7.6% off msrp
Selling price: $27991
Mf: 0.00118 (Not 100% sure of this, calculated this number based on the amounts provided by dealer)
Residual: .62
Drive-off payment - 2,589 (first month+taxes+fees and $780 down payment)
Monthly payment - $318 (including tax)
Rather than try to back calculate, find out what they’re actually charging AND find out what buy rate is from Edmunds.
If they won’t tell you the mf they’re charging, find a new dealer.
Somewhat recent post, although this months numbers might be different. Personally I have a problem paying over $300/mo for something that doesn’t have at least fake leather. Your deal seems high, reach out to more dealers and/or confirm MF etc on Edmunds, as already stated.
In my experience they will rarely tell you their MF. You have to back it out or if you’re very familiar with the numbers you can quickly tell it’s marked up from buyrate.
There are definitely dealers that will refuse to tell you this. I have never seen a dealer refuse to tell the mf AND be aggressive with deals, so it seems to be a pretty good litmus test for if a dealer is worth spending any more time on.
