Did you change the residual and fees, they look like the defaults. Does it have miles on it, discount looks too high for new

Terrains are selling for up 30% off right now. On a purchase of course. I’m looking at a Terrain SLE with a MSRP of $30,090 and i’ve already negotiated it down to below $20k with all incentives and rebates.

On a Terrain SLE purchase for 72 months right now i’m looking at $325 per month. Giving it until next week (end of the month) to see if I can get a few hundred dollars more out of them.
They’re usually that cheap on purchase.
Go look at what current model year used ones are worth on the market. Our Terrain was worth below its RV within 6 months of leasing it lol.
FYI I would look at a no options SLT, they usually have higher rebates and you need a 33-34k SLE to match the equipment level.
Makes me think you should buy a used one @nycsimone or go lease a CR V or pilot.
I’ve had a couple terrains for rental cars … they always feel like driving on ice skates

I pulled the trigger on a SLE Terrain.
MSRP was $30,090
Purchase price $20,300
There’s a $3,500 bonus cash rebate, $1,250 conquest, $1,250 finance rebate from GMAC - That’s $6,000 in rebates.
The dealer discount was $3,790 and I got $32,000 for my trade-in which is substantially higher than the trade-in value i’m seeing on Edmunds, KBB, and NADA.
