Thank you. Do you have an idea of how much I should aim for a monthly payment?

Talk to @Bostoncarconcierge, you’re in mass and getting oos temp tags is weird to say the lesser part.

What are your state taxes and dealer fees?

We’ve been chatting thanks man!

Looking at higher end stuff

In VA/MD area looking for a CRV EX-L or Touring…might consider a RDX if the discount makes it worth while…anyone help please ?

We signed a lease last week for the same car same MSRP.
We have same payment including tax but 900 dollars drive off including 15k per year for 36 months.

Do you know the definition of scam? What would make you think $5000 off MSRP on a non-luxury SUV is a scam?

You also cant return a vehicle back that you already signed for and drove out of the dealership, especially if its just because you don’t like the numbers anymore.

@mllcb42 @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto apologies to all on my ignorance on car stuff. I’m not that familiar in general with car financials. So you two think this is a decent deal from a numbers perspective? Would love insights from pros to help me learn.

Deal looks good don’t sweat it

Deal is really good, much lower than what you could accomplish in California

Looks about what one could do in state in PA, you did great!

Hey Everyone - Newbie to Lease here. I live in DE which is zero sales tax FYI. Looking to see If this deal’s sprightly or If I’m being shortchanged- though am giving him the benefit of doubt!

The figures he sent me look really confusing (Putting them all here) and am not able to properly populate my lease calculator but I’ve given it a shot: Lease Calculator Attempt

PS PS : I’m in DE so should there be the 4.250 Tax?

It’s not quite that simple on leases

I see thank you for that. So is thie 4.25% Document fee on the MSRP?

Yes, in addition to the monthly use tax on the payment.

That’s also not to be confused with the doc fee the dealer charges.
