2020 BMW X5 loaner lease question (SoCal)

Hi hackers

Thank you for the community, really appreciate it. I learned a little bit about deals structure, lease details, I am not the expert yet:) Trying to understand if the offer I got it’s OK deal, not best deal. Saw some other hackers were able to get awesome deals with similar MSRP, different BWM models, packages.
Here’re the details:

Car: x5 loaner 2020.
Miles: 4900
MSRP: 63645
MF: .00126
RV: 33,260.80

Live in LA, 9.5% taxes.

Deal:
5k down
600 monthly
Tax included
Option to add MSD, checking how much it will be.

That what I have. Unfortunately dealership refused to provide more detailed information. Based on my research it’s a solid deal. I saw some hackers were able to get on similar MSRP 2-3k down instead of 5k which I would like to get, but from my latest shopping experience BMW So/North Cal dealerships are not willing to negation.

I am not in rush, have few more months for shopping. Question: should I close it and take the car or should I keep shopping. Shopping takes a lot of research time, long communication, negotiation process.

Thank you for your feedback!

The MF is fully marked up, but I can’t tell from the info you posted if the dealer discount makes up for it.

What was your target price on this vehicle, based on the current programs as they apply to you and your researched pre-incentive discount target, that you established before talking to this dealer?

Checked MF & RV from edmunds:
.00086 and 53%, adjusted residual is 51.27%, no incentives.

Looks like there’s a room for MF improvements.

Look at market place or search X5 loaner. I saw one with almost same total lease cost as yours but is $72K MSRP.
