2020 BMW 330ix M Pack numbers are not matching up, thoughts?

,

Hi,

I’ve contacted couple of brokers, but didn’t get any replies, but today theleaseoutlet guy called me and he put a quote for 330ix with M package other options.

MSRP: 53495.00
Net Cap: 46015.00
Residual: 32097.00 (60%)
MF: 0.00118
Rebate: 3500.00 (750 lease cash + 2750 my company purchase program)
Doc fee: 85
Due on Delivery: 2642.16
Monthly: 478.78 (Before Tax) & 526.66 (Inc Tax)

I’m amazed to see 14% off on new 330ix and I like the base MF, but I’m not sure what is causing such high monthly and DAS.

I’ve used lease calculator and put all those number and it comes out to be:
Monthly: 377(before Tax) & 415 (Inc Tax)
DAS: 2276

Not good with crunching numbers, but from my calculation, that is about $4000 difference in total. Any idea where mark up would happened?

I want to talk to this guy couple more time to see if he is willing to work with his number.

Thanks,

If you remove the 3500 from taxed incentives, the numbers the dealer provided you come out. So the selling price of 14% off msrp is after incentives. So your pre-incentive discount is really 9.25%.

I wouldn’t bother. If he’s hiding the rebates in the sales price and offering that much less discount than the brokers here, I’d just be patient and work on the brokers here.

got it! I’ll just wait they get back to me!

Got it!.. not much discount… Thanks!!

Not a bad discount for the PNW given that they can’t sell in WA right now…

But hiding the incentives is not great form.
