Trying to negotiate a loaner/demo deal for BMW 330i xdrive, this is the first quote received back from the dealer. Linked is the calculator I created with my targeted deal. How should I respond back? Is the dealer processing fee normally this high? Can someone also explain the rebate portion?
Your calculator is right now missing any applicable lease cash and if you have Bmw loyalty

It has a few added options - yes. I’m not sure what the lease cash inventive is, but I can update the calculator. I also do not qualify for loyalty.
This one is closer with the rebates moved to the correct section and dealer/govt fees in their section. You will need to confirm residual value and money factor.

Thank you! I confirmed the RV to 57% and MF .00086. In previous quotes, I’ve seen the MF be 0.00122. How hard do you push for the base MF?
I always make my offer contingent on base MF. If the dealer is marking it up, then you need a bigger discount to make up for it.
Base MF or keep shopping other dealers. Sometimes the discount will make up for the marked up MF.

The dealer and govt fees seem extremely high for OH. I believe dealer fee cap is $250 (10% of price or cap of $250) and the tag fees were around $125 ish for me. Live in Butler Co, but got mine from Cleveland.
The dealer is actually located in VA, but I’m located in OH. I wasn’t sure what to list on the tag. Should I call BS or ask for a breakdown of the gov/dealer fees?
From searching in the forums, it seems the $599 fee for VA is about right, but the non-tax fees (govt fees) seem a little high to me? That is about all I can say on those two items.
A big part of it not lining up is that your money factor is listed in the calculator as 0.000086, not 0.00086.

If you are willing to go up to VA you can also try to negotiate your own deal from Tri-state area dealers.
