2020 BMW 330i Deal Check

Hi everyone,

Can you provide input on the following lease? It is for 3 years and 10,000 miles per. New car.

MSRP: 49,595
Selling Price: 44,900
Residual: 29,757 (60%)
MF: .00118
DAS: 1,500 (first month, tax, and dmv fees)
Incentives: 3750
Monthly: 427+ tax

Thank you!

Your discount is too low at 9.5%, should be able to easily get 11-12% off this vehicle. For color, I Just leased a m340i for not that much more than this.

Push for another grand off MSRP and do MSDs is possible. You will get a good deal then. Look for loaners as well, you will save a lot more.

When did you sign your deal? I’m having a hard time getting anywhere close to 11-12% off in this market. Let alone 10%. For new.

@LDETR Chasing a 10% pre-incentive can be tough today. How did you do?

It was! After going back and forth some more they agreed to do 10.5% off pre-incentives. Ended up accepting. Did MSD’s as well. This was the deal: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=7&msrp=49595&sales_price=44385&months=36&mf=.00099&dp=0&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=3750&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=59&reg_fee=583&sales_tax=9.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

Can you breakdown what the $3750 in incentives are? I’m at $2750 with lease cash and loyalty.

I qualified for recent grad too which was another $1000

Hello. Looks like a great deal you got. Where does the $950 acquisition fee fit in? Doesn’t seem to be a part of the “drive-off” total. Thanks!

Not the poster you can roll that into the payments.

You can roll it into the payments like @HersheySweet stated.

Gotcha, thanks.

No problem! You can pay for it up front and add it to your total drive offs but I never like to include it in case the car end up being totaled (you’d be out of that amount). And the cost of the lease ends up being about the same if you roll it into the monthly. Very insignificant difference, at least in my case!
