Including the drive offs your monthly (before tax) is 377.33? I always mix up loaner with demo when warranty kicks in and was a little bit worried when I saw warranty start date 2020. Maybe I should rethink my next lease for a BMW.

You know, the calculator will output with just monthly DAS so you can determine the actual monthly cost:

I get an effective monthly payment of $283.56. Please, how are the rest of you calculating this?

I multiplied the after tax payment by 35. So (253 x 35). Then added the result to his out of pocket cost which was $1353. That gives me a total of 10208 over 36 months. Therefore, I got $283.56.

I am calculating the cost to him and so not including the incentives.
