Deal is too good to be true so Im assuming you have massive equity from trade in? You should separate that deal. Ask the deal to cut you a check for any trade in and have the lease as a separate stand-alone deal

Your discount is awful. Have you confirmed incentives, RV and MF on Edmunds?
As others have said, separate out the trade from the deal.
