According to Edmunds, there is a $3,650 lease incentive and a $2,000 loyalty incentive on the base MDX.

@Sam_Sam I’m assuming they are including the $2,000 loyalty rebate. That should be removed from the selling price and go under “Taxed Incentives”.

Every lease will have an acquisition fee, they won’t waive that.

Your calculator link is structured as a $0 DAS, true sign and drive, so these should be rolled in and you pay nothing upfront. You may want to check with the dealer on this. Also, if you post a dealer worksheet with the breakdown, that would help.
