I’m assuming that sale price includes the incentives. Definitely shoot for a better discount or go with a broker ^.
Also how does one go about claiming the $5800 tax credit for one of these?
My understanding is that I’m only eligible for a state tax rebate of $1500, which I’ll file with the state and receive a check. There isn’t any other tax credit/rebate available, at least not to my knowledge.
There is a $1000 SCE rebate and also BMW CCA $1000 rebate

The federal rebate? You don’t on a lease. The captive gets the credit and then either pass it on in the form of an incentive or don’t and keep it for themselves.
The BMW 530e will no longer qualify for the state rebate after December 3, 2019.
