My point is it doesn’t hurt to ask, is he going to get another 3k off prob not but someone has so why not ask. As I’ve already mentioned I think it’s a good deal but I’d ask for more
Thanks for the input. The sales manager didn’t want to budge on the MF. I think it would be a very good deal if I could get him down to the buy rate. But he wanted to discount the vehicle instead. That is how we got the 695 monthly payment number.
I’d push for a bigger discount if he’s going to mark up the mf. And you’ll generally have better luck focusing on sale price rather than monthly.
