There is $4,000 Volvo incentives on it, so before incentives it is 11.7%. Not good enough for a demo/loaner.
Ah ok, thanks for clarifying. So it sounds like I should be aiming for $59.5k or so? Assuming I can replicate your percentage off that is.
Just an FYI, I received an offer on a brand new 2019 Inscription: MSRP 76,480, discounted to $63,975 inclusive of incentives. My dealer indicated $2K of incentives. Looks like some are eligible for $4k, some for $2k, some for $1,750. Not sure what the details are behind each tier.

I’m a leasing newbie, I’ve only purchased/financed my previous cars. With that being said, would it be more beneficial to lease this with the current incentives with the intent of purchasing it after the lease is up or is it better cost wise to negotiate a better price upfront and simply finance. They’re currently offering 2.99% over 60 months.

Lol. The old ones pre-SPA are solid. But, yeah, with all the new stuff and the still-unproved long term prowess of all the new electronics, the T8, T6, (and to a much-lesser extent, the T5 engine), I agree. It’s leasing time – let it be someone else’s potential problem long term.
I wonder, though, if this is really more a universal statement than one that Volvo specific. Electronics, forced induction, direct injection, etc. may prove enemies to all in the long run.
