2019 toyota trd premium leasing option

I m new to leasing and any tip would help me, or opinions. I m doing a trade in of my wife’s sr5 and we want to upgrade to the trd premium. We want to buy the trd after the 36 month lease is up.
The sales manager offered this. Their screenshots of the quote.

Anything would help me thank you

Question if you plan on buying at the end of 36 months why do you want to lease it first? Why not just buy it from the start? If montly payments is the issue maybe look at a longer term loan?

Agree with @Jflores14. Why not just buy it in the first place? You’re paying $2071.85 + $16415 + $26708 (+ tax on this amount) in the end. That’s close to $50k on a $39k 4Runner. Doesn’t make sense.

I can do this for about $3000 less…message me if interested

Packing the back end. B.E.G. = Back End Gross $3966

The thing is, my wife had this lease b4 we were married and the lease is due in November, she lived in rainy snowy city, and with no touchless car washes in the city. the 4 runners body paint got really damaged (scratched) and she went over the mileage as well. Stuff I really dnt want to pay for if we do give it up and loan the trd. Salesman said if we trade in for another lease we dnt pay for the body scratches or milage. Would it then still be worth just paying the damages and milage then buy the truck??

Looks like either way I m screwed ahah then?

They are showing equity on your trade. But that could just be the way there running the numbers for the deal. Would check with Carmax, Carvana, and Vroom to see what they would offer for your vehicle. May be able to get out of it without paying anything extra
