First time posting/looking for a deal. Please see the attached lease sheet I received for a 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport V6 Double in Texas. Any tips/pointers? MF seems high to me. I tried to replicate the deal in the LH Calculator and i couldnt get the numbers to match up.
Any Advice would be helpful.

Is it better to negotiate with $0 DAS Athens tell them about the trade/down after? I am trading in a vehicle that I am guaranteed 7k cash from Texas Direct Auto, or I can try and work it in the trade.
