New joiner here and new in US market for a car. Have been doing test drives for SUV for some time and got this quote below from a local dealer. Please suggest if this is a good one or can be better negotiated for 2-3 K less.

Purchase Option - 30.5K sales price on cash. (1K bonus)
Lease option - 36 mnths - 10K miles
a) 389 pm with 0 down
b) 361 pm with 1K down
c) 333 pm with 2k down
Since am first time new car buyer, I am anxious and curious to know more. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
