Got an offer for a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Sport FWD for $268 a month (taxes included). DAS is $2000 ( sales tax + $399 dealer fee + $595 bank fee + $198 registration + 500 towards car lease). This is on a 36/10 lease. Is this a good deal?

Not a good deal at all. As the above member mentioned @AutoNinjas has a deal that will save you roughly $1,000, even after the broker fee. The structure is slightly different at 33/10k. Your current deal is an effective $316/month. His deal will work out to roughly $289/month after the broker fee. Good luck!
Im working with @Car_buyer2 as we speak. GSM is out of office till Monday so as I mentioned to him I will have an answer for him then. He mentioned his goal is sub $250 with almost nothing down - so we’d have to get extremely creative to get him there.
