2019 Lexus GS 350 lease

Is this a good deal? Lexus GS 350 F sport

MSRP: $55,890
Selling price: $51,747 (7.5% off)
36 months, 12K miles
$4500 lease cash
Residual 51% (sucks)
MF: 0.00114
DAS: $1,548
$681/month incl tax
I can do 9 MSDs to get $622/month and leasehckr score of 8.0

Doesn’t seem like a good deal to me. If there is $4,500 lease cash, I’m not seeing much of a discount. I wouldn’t do $724/month for a $56K Lexus.

Contact @GeorgeCSL , other dealers or perhaps consider another car at that price

Thanks. The $681 includes tax. How much of a discount would you expect on this car? I got one dealer to 8%, would not budge beyond that with the $4,500 lease cash included. Maybe just wait til their Summer sales…?

Like you could get the brand new 740 that was just posted for way less

Thx. Any of deals are on 540i’s ?

Don’t think i’ve seen 540 deals lately but @LeaseHero has a bunch of 530’s

Thanks. Problem with the Lexus GS is residual so low (51%), which is probably why they offer the $4,500 lease cash rebate. I like the car, but 7-8% off MSRP just seems weak.

Would love opinions:

MSRP: $56,664
Disc: $6,164 (11%)
Sale price: $50,500
Lease cash: $4,500
Total off with discount and rebate: 19%
Residual 51%
MF with 9 MSDs: 0.00018 (or 0.432%)
Tax rate: 8.125%
Paying fees and 1st month payment upfront
36 months/12k miles
$562/ month

Thoughts?
Also…does the rebate in California get taxed as a cap cost reduction? Thanks
