2019 Kia Optima Lease - EX

,

First time posting, thoughts on the deal.
MSRP $27,870
LEASE PRICE $20,280
MF .00198
RESIDUAL.52
W/ 2,000 DOWN
$254/MO 36/MO 12K MILES

2k down and 254/mo is effectively 309/mo. not sure about the florida market but I’m in CA and would say not good even for an EX. You could drive an Infinity Q50 in the low 300’s

Can someone explain these incentives for leasing? There’s bonus cash, then theres customer cash. $5060 + $3000 + $2750 + $500?!?!? There’s no way all of these can be applied to the lease, can it?!?

“Retail” or customer bonus cash is for purchase only. If it says “lease” cash or "lease bonus cash it is for leasing. If there are multiple rebates for purchase or lease they can be stacked. Just not combined (it’s either a lease or a purchase)

Yes, I understand Retail cash is for purchase. But there is $3000 “stand alone cash (customer cash)” and then $2750 “bonus cash (kmf bonus cash)”. Would I be able to include those on the lease on top of the $5060 and the $500? The $5060 says “kmf lease cash” but the other 2 amounts ($3000 and $2750) do not specify.

And isn’t stacked and combined the same thing?

the 2750 and 3000 are for purchases…5560 are the rebates for leasing.

stacking usually referes to multiple rebates or incentives that can be used together. But technically:
