9 is max number of msds with infiniti, however if MF this month is 0.00035, after 3 the MF is 0.00005 and after 4 it is 0.00001. (So 4 this month, but most people would stop at 3 as the 4th doesnt have the same impact as the other 3).
How many MSDs for the Pure trim? Someone said the max is 5. Is the max MSDs different for the Pure and the Luxe trims?
Max is 9 across infiniti, it’s just if the MF is lower than 0.00091, then using all 9 doesnt make sense. The lowest post-adjusted MF allowed is 0.00001, so you use enough msds to get as close to that number as you can. Also, Infiniti has 1 of the best bang for your buck Msd programs, especially when compared to Volvo and Audi for whom the discount amount is half as much.

Residual seems to be too low… I asked a dealer in Chicago burbs about the numbers for December and he told me they are the same from the last month.

Guy in Barrington kept telling me the deal on the east coast is impossible. Same with the guy at the Hoffman Estates location. Bear in mind that we don’t qualify for the $1,000 regional credit that’s available in the east. I’m probably gonna fly out there and pick up one up if the numbers are similar to last month and they get some Pure’s in stock.

54% residual should be on Luxe AWD 15/39 not 10/39… You should be focused on a selling price before discount during negotiation.

I meant incentives like winter bonus, VPP, and possible loyalty. 13% off MRSP prior incentives is good in Chicago area. Let me know if you can get it lower.
VPP is treated like a down payment vs. sales price decrease is what they are telling me. I feel pretty good they will go to 15% off, this was their first offer. the sick part of this deal is there is literally no finance charge. 3 MSDs get you to basically 150/finance charge for 39 mos. I may cap the sales tax as well since it’s free money basically.
