Looks like a pretty good deal on a new 2019. They are trying to get rid of them since they 2020s are on the lot. I was planning to finance, no incentives available, but looks like leasing has a better interest rate as well as $750 incentive.

IIRC the $750 is dealer cash (untaxed, will go into selling price) and there’s a $500 loyalty rebate. Do you have a deal sheet perhaps? Looks good so far!
That money factor looks exceptionally low for what Honda usually leases at. What does EX-L give you that EX doesn’t? The benefit looks incremental as compared to what you could get an EX for.

Thanks! Looks like I was off $750 for the lease cash, they already had it figured in so that brings me up another 20.83. I think it’s still a good deal but holding off until end of month to see what changes.
This is in Omaha NE.
EXL adds leather, power lift gate, auto dimming mirror and some other things. The incentive is also $250 higher, same MF.
