Hey guys. This is the first lease I’ve ever negotiated. Been reading this forum for a while, but first time trying to get a lease. For my wife I have been looking at the 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE. Here was the deal I was offered. I’d like to know whether or not this is a good deal before I pull the trigger on anything:

$2,000 down (inclusive of tax, title and fees).
$175 per month after tax (about 8%).
This is for 36 months 10,500 miles per year

Sorry if I’m a little light on the details, but this like I said I’m a rookie. Below you can look at the details on the calculator best I can figure them. Let me know what you think.

Perhaps a naïve response on my part, but is there any new car that isn’t a great deal at $175, assuming you’re not putting a lot down and there’s not a lot DAS?
