On the surface it looks good. My zip shows $5,500 of incentives so dealer discount of $2,941 looks good.
What is mileage allowed and mf?

This looks like a decent deal to me. I got ~9% off + $7400 cash (back in Dec). If you can squeeze another 1% out of it it would be a solid deal imo. I will say it is nice of them to take the rebate and apply it as cash. My dealer was not willing to do that.
