When I calculate the residual based on the percentage you provided, I get $36.348.90.
It looks like a very good idea to me, but I’m not one of the experts here…

You’re pretty specific on the miles…is there a place where you can find that? Am I looking at a Ferris Bueller situation…rolled the miles back? :-/
Ahhhh… That would also explain the excellent price (I haven’t seen a ton of E300 quotes, but I don’t recall any nicely optioned ones in the $500s…).
To the OP… Is it a loaner?
If you love the car, color, option packages, and if it really only has 5 miles on it, I think it’s a very good price.

That color looks good in person, and not seeing any loaner with it so far…
FYI, I got my E300 back to July
