Effectively over 330 a month for an EX is not good. Did you check with Edmunds what incentives you have in your area?
The MF is also marked up, buy rate is 0.00065.

I got quoted in Brooklyn for 299 a month/ 2066 DAS for 36/10k miles for a 2019 EXL. I didn’t sign yet but I gathered you can do better and I’m still trying work on my number.

Thanks Max, is this to lower the residual amount? I was told that the residual is %59 of MSRP, so its is Sorry that I m not familiar with the leasing terms.
MSRP: $29,845 so residual would be $17608

You need to familiarize yourself with the terms for your own protection.
RV cannot be changed by the dealer.
Selling price AKA “agreed-upon value of the vehicle” = 14% off MSRP.
