Have two questions since I am a foreigner with F1-OPT visa and H1B ongoing this year:
The dealer said no standard MF for foreigners. Here I set the MF as 0.00188 (2.89%).
The dealer claimed the international incentive is not combined with college graduate program (1000 off). I did not find such term in BMW website.

Yes, you submit to BMW for College Grad OR International Executive. You can’t do both.

I am also on an OPT (turning to H1b). BMW told me that BMWFS would not lease to an F or H1b visa… can you advise how?
Did you get the car in the end?
I am F1 OPT too, they ask a lot of documentations.
Last post was more than a year ago.
In any case, the documentation will be required if you do not have sufficient credit history, nor consistent proof of income/employment. Leasing may not be a good option for you.
