Honestly, I know this is a mediocore to bad deal but I would like advice for negotiating if theres room for any. I have tried talking down the money factor but they said they can’t change it. This is also the last 2019 they have (or so they claim) that I’m trying to get at the beginning of their calendar month so I feel like I have less leverage because they may know others will want it.

The MF is marked up, so that is 1 area to improve. Also, this being a loaner push for closer to 20% off MSRP plus incentives.

Below mediocre… 11% off a loaner and maxed out MF.

You are in OH? Hook up with @kubikdanon as I’m sure he could beat this by $100/month or more.

Try for something like this: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Bentley&miles=10000&msd=0&msrp=42105&sales_price=33684&months=36&mf=.00128&dp=0&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=995&taxed_inc=2250&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=59&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=9&demo_mileage=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

for that monthly you could be in a loaded 330i

i would aim for 20% off MSRP on a loaner, particularly last year. then demand the base MF or walk. there is nothing special about an x1 28i loaner, don’t overpay
