I’m a newbie from chicagoland area. In the market for a lease (36/20) and got this numbers initially for a 2019 x1 loaner with 4100 miles.Quoted for 12k a year but ill need 20. Any input on how this looks is appreciated.

Horrible deal.
1 - horrible discount on the car (or none)
2 - its a loaner with 4100 miles, definitely loss in residual based on the miles
3 - id recommend doing more research before going to a dealer
4 - maybe reach out to a broker as x1’s can be had for much cheaper then $400 p/m
You need a larger dealer discount. Try to find more rebates and double check the acq fee.
yes this is just the first offer after i test drove. I thought it was horrible. This would be my first lease and I am doing research on it, just wanted to ask the experts.
