2019 BMW 540i (Driving Plus, M Sport, Premium)

MSRP - $70,585
Selling Price - $62,000 including $1,500 lease cash
MF: .00188 (base rate)
Residual: 59%
36 Month - 12k miles
Monthly Payment - $760
Due at signing:

  • First month payment: $760
  • Down payment: $0
  • Registration and doc fees: $1,005
  • Acquisition fee: $925

If I convert it to 0 drive off beside first month, comes out to ~$900/mo. Ask for another 3-4k off, if possible. I would look into an ex-loaner at that point.

There’s an additional $2000 lease credit for loyalty in case you weren’t aware. That along with another 2-4k dealer rebate should make this an attractive deal.

Thanks. I was told the $1,500 was the loyalty. Are you able to combine both the deal cash and loyalty? Was also told that was not possible, its one or the other.

You can do a lot better

The rebates are not national, but here’s a good reference:

Fees & Taxes:

  • First month payment: $704

your drive off was 5k?

Rolled the taxes into payment. Drive off was $2400. $770 final monthly.

I think it is within the reasonable range for this car…being a 70k car. You could try to shave off another thousand, or look into a loaner for a cheaper lease.

How did u calculate monthly payment as $704 ?.
Monthly Depreciation Cost = (Cap Cost - Residual Value) /Terms --> ($62,000 - $36,500) Ă· 36 = $708

Interese = Capitalized Cost + Residual Value) Ă— Money Factor --> ($62,000 + $36,500) Ă— .00188 = $185

Total monthly payment = 708+185

I rate it a C-

They also marked up the MF from 0.00165.

Also, a lot of dealers will discount the MSRP about 10% before adding in your rebates.

About to sign a lease for ~$60,000 including rebates ($3,500 lease rebate and $2,500 loyalty) (MSRP ~$73,000) at $621 per month with tax rolled in.
