Great amount of miles for sure, but makes me wonder if there’s any road warriors left in the current era. Between WFH and remote meetings even with clients, the sphere of high mileage drivers must be significantly smaller, I’d think.

That’s deferred payment thing is kind of tacky, almost would seem better just asking for $850 cash and bringing it current 
At the end of the day, add all the fees and divide by the remaining amount. Either the numbers work or they don’t.

It’s good pricing. The idea of the buyer paying the broker fee and deferred payments is a turn off though.
Does sound possible the person getting rid of car out of necessity. Times are tough

Hello all we confirmed that payments need to be made ahead of transfer. And customer has agreed to pay one of the payments off to sweeten the deal.
So the deal is now:
2019 BMW 440i Coupe (Alpine white / black leather)
MSRP: 59k: M-Sport, 19" wheels, black dakota leather, heated front seats,active blind spot detection, head up display,
Was a loaner at time of lease with 3600 miles
Condition: pristine with one of the back rims having very minor curb rash
Current mileage: 10,800
Allowed Mileage: 39,468
Lease ends: 12/14/21
Remaining Mileage: 28,668
Remaining months: 18.5
Miles/month: 1549
Miles/year: 18.5k
Monthly Payment: $405
**Payment upfront: $500 broker fee + $500 BMW transfer fee + $405 to customer ($1,405)
