2019 BMW 430i Gran Coupe

I got a quote on this car https://www.roadshowbmw.com/used/BMW/2019-BMW-430i-a78928610a0d0cc702714c911874083b.htm today

The dealer gave me this info… this is all they gave me. Can anyone lead me in the direction as what to ask for next in this… I do not think this is a good deal on the loaner.

$535 monthly payment
36 months/12k miles
$1200 down payment

and

$565 monthly payment
36 months/15k mile lease with $1200 down

If you don’t mind having the car shipped to you from California.
@Samson as similar demo cars for 10k less.

Im not really sure how that would work @instantfob but I’m about to look into @Samson now

Paper work via Fedex and then hire a transporter to pick and deliver to your house.

Let’s call it a GC or Gran Coupe so it’s searchable

12k mile a year for 3 years will be $350 per month with $1000 down payment

and

15k mile a year for 3 years is $375 both with $1000 down payment

You need to find out their selling price before incentives and what money factor they are using. Buy rate for Tier 1 credit should be 0.00177.

So is your plan to create a new thread on every car which you get a quote on, do zero research, get almost no info from the dealer, and then expect us to spoon feed you exactly what to do?

Thanks for the info @jamiemose

Thank you @chrishs2000 I’ve been doing research. I came here to get opinions on what the dealer has told me and where to go from there.

Sounds like the dealer told you some monthly payment numbers. You should find out what’s behind them and then negotiate. Spend some time reading on here. Not sure what else to say, sorry.

I have just responded to the email and requested the msrp being used, sales price being used, money factor being used, the residual value, lease credits, etc. Thanks for the advice.

So I contacted the dealer after reading what you guys told me yesterday requesting all the information including the money factor. This is what I got back from the dealer today

Hey the 2019 430 has has a MSRP at $46,795 our sale price at at $40,249. There is a rebate for $1750 and the residual is 54%.
the 19 320 has a MSRP at $39,155. Our sale price is $31,778 and there is $2,000 rebate on it and 57% residual

This seems like they don’t want me to know the money factor. I’m new at all of this but am I wrong?

@chrishs2000 @jamiemose

if they refuse to give you the MF, move on. in meantime, you can check edmunds forum for the exact car/model to get the MF and calculate your own numbers

You can plug all those numbers into the calculator and play with the MF to see if they are marking it up or not.
